My Thors hammer ring carries the ancient symbol of Mjolnir, Thors elemental weapon, bringer of thunder. The viking god Thor protected the order of the universe against the chaotic forces of the giants, and his hammer was the key to this. A primordial symbol that reaches back into prehistory, the hammer is older than mankind's discovery of metal, and the weapon of the thunder god is known from many ancient civilisations.

And it still carries meaning for us today: strength against chaos.

As a sacred symbol, the vikings also used the hammer to hallow the joining together of man and woman in marriage.

I have added a runic inscription to my ring, taken from an 11th century runestone:Thor.vigi Thor protects.

This ring comes in just ONE size, but is open at the back and can adjust a lot!

Which size is right for you? You can adjust the ring yourself by using a piece of wood, or something similar, to prise the ring open, or to tap it to a smaller size. If you prefer, you can add a note to your order in the comments section and we will adjust the ring for you to a specific size.

If you want to be more exact, please measure the circumference of your finger with a strip of paper, and compare your millimeter measurement with the table below.

We recommend that you choose one of the sizes S, M or L when you order, so we will start the adjustment for you.

Largest size
At its widest adjustment, this ring will fit 70mm circumference.

Normal size
At its regular adjustment, this ring will fit 64mm circumference.

Smallest size
At its smallest adjustment, this ring will fit 53mm circumference
