      A stylised gripping beast in the Jelling style adorns this Viking Age find from Norway. I have copied the original small brooch (smoothing out the lines a little) and also made it as a pendant (See the pendants section). It is a fine example of the early Jelling style, finding its own separate identity from the more common Borre style.
